The 33rd annual citywide celebration of independent music and arts returns February 19 through March 1, 2026, taking place across more than a dozen venues throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. With the new additions, more than 50 artists are now confirmed for the long-running festival.

Phase Two highlights include CupcakKe, making her Noise Pop debut following the release of her 2025 album The BakKery; San Diego indie veterans Pinback; Jay Som, returning to the festival for the first time since 2017 in support of her new album Belong; and electronic favorites Giraffage and Chrome Sparks, who will team up for a rare co-headlining performance.
Oakland mainstays Rogue Wave will celebrate the 20th anniversary of Descended Like Vultures with two special shows, while TOBACCO — the solo project of Black Moth Super Rainbow’s Tom Fec — follows the band’s 2025 return album Soft New Magic Dream. Additional newly announced acts include ESPRIT 空想, Mexican Slum Rats, Tom Kenny & The Hi-Seas, Mega Ran, Vortxz and Diesel Dudes.
“Phase Two gives our fans even more to look forward to as we gear up for another historic edition,” said Noise Pop Festival founder Kevin Arnold, noting the festival’s continued focus on pairing hometown favorites with emerging and boundary-pushing artists.
Produced by Noise Pop Industries, Noise Pop Festival is one of the longest-running independent music festivals in the U.S., featuring concerts, art shows, happy hours and community events throughout the Bay Area. Festival badges and individual concert tickets are on sale now, with badges granting access to all general-admission shows, subject to capacity.
